I
First I give unto my beloved wife Ann Collett all
that half part or moiety of an estate in North Moor in the County of Oxford now
in the possession or Mrs West all that arable, meadow and pasture lands with common
with the house, barn, outbuildings, yard thereto belonging or pertaining
I likewise give unto my beloved wife Ann Collett
all my stock of cattle, cows, oxen, sheep, horses and all cattle of every kind
whatever
I likewise give to my beloved wife Ann Collett all
my hay, corn of all kinds whether growing or in ricks
or barns
I likewise give unto my beloved wife Ann Collett
all harness for horses and wagon, carts, ploughs, harrows
and implements of husbandry whatsoever
I likewise give unto my beloved wife Ann Collett
all my plate, pewter, brass, all my linen and bedding and all manner of household
goods whatever and all wood and ais that I shall be
possessed at my death all which I give unto my beloved wife Ann Collett after
my just debts and funeral expenses are paid
And I do make, constitute and appoint my beloved wife Ann Collett my whole and sole executor of this my last Will and Testament to which I have set my hand and seal

were all aged in their thirties at the time of his death
and Samuel was her husband
